Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All subscription plans include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during this period. Cancel before the trial ends and you will never be billed.

2. Subscription Refunds

• Within 14 days of first charge: Full refund, no questions asked — your right under EU Consumer Law.
• Between 14 and 30 days: Reviewed case-by-case. Contact us and we will do our best to help.
• After 30 days: No refund for the current period. Cancel immediately to stop future charges.

3. One-Time Purchase Refunds

• Single Reading (€2.99): Refundable within 14 days if not delivered or technically broken.
• Deep Reading (€19): Refundable within 14 days if not delivered as described.
• Full Soul Reading (€39): Partial or full refund within 7 days if content was not delivered as described.

4. Forgot to Cancel the Free Trial?

Contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will refund you in full. One-time courtesy, happily extended.

5. EU Consumer Rights

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of first payment to cancel and receive a full refund for any reason.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
• Dissatisfaction with AI interpretation content where the service functioned as described (AI content is subjective by nature)
• Change of mind after 30 days

7. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@dreamoracle-coach.netlify.app with your account email, product name, purchase date, and a brief reason. We respond within 5 business days and refunds appear within 5–10 business days.
